Always, without consent
Your answer to the consent banner is kept in your browser's local storage (key atm-consent) so we do not ask on every page. If you switch language, the choice is reflected in the URL, not in a cookie.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a strictly necessary cookie (for example __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from automated traffic. It contains no personal data and expires within 30 minutes.
To apply the right rule, each page asks Cloudflare which country the visit comes from (/cdn-cgi/trace). The answer is used on the spot and not stored. If the country cannot be determined, the stricter rule applies.
Visitors in the United States
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement described below run by default. Choose “Opt out” in the banner, or “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time, to turn them off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and load nothing unless you accept.
Only if you accept (outside the United States)
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): cookies _ga and _ga_<id>, up to 2 years, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd): cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, up to 90 days, plus Google's own advertising cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net, to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry and to show our ads to people who visited this site.
Local storage key atm-attribution, 90 days: the campaign parameters and ad click identifier you arrived with, so an enquiry sent on a later page can still be linked to the campaign.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to accept or decline again. Declining stops measurement and deletes atm-attribution; cookies already set by Google can be removed from your browser settings.
Third-party services
The call-booking page talks to our own API to load available times. It does not embed third-party calendars or widgets and sets no cookies. Questions: privacy@axiomtrail.com.
