Services
Axiom Trail provides monitoring, log management, observability instrumentation, integration and related consulting services. Each engagement is defined by a written scope that lists deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website are indicative, in US dollars and exclusive of taxes. They are not binding offers. A fixed quote is issued after a scope review and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Cloud infrastructure, software licenses, vendor fees and applicable taxes (including VAT where it applies) are separate and remain your responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
Payment terms
Implementation work: 50% on acceptance of the quote, 50% on delivery of the agreed deliverables, unless the quote defines milestones. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer. Late payment may suspend work and accrue interest at 1% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Ongoing care plans: billed monthly in advance, from the plan start date, at the rate in the quote. Unused engineering hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Implementation: you may cancel before work starts for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, the deposit covers work performed and is non-refundable; any completed deliverables are handed over.
Care plans: either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded; no further fees are due after the notice period ends. Handover of configuration and documentation is included.
Support and responsibility
Monitoring is limited to the sources, signals and alert conditions agreed in the scope. Business hours, response targets, escalation and ownership are established in the service agreement. Standard care plans do not include 24/7 response, incident ownership for your applications or a guarantee of application uptime. Monitoring reduces the chance of missing a failure; it cannot prevent every incident.
Your systems and data
Cloud and vendor accounts remain yours. Access is scoped to delivery needs, granted by you and revocable at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for backups and for the software licenses and vendor terms that apply to your chosen deployment. We treat your data as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement.
Intellectual property
Configuration, dashboards, runbooks and documentation delivered for you become yours on full payment. Axiom Trail keeps the right to reuse general know-how, methods and non-client-specific tooling. Website content and trademarks belong to Axiom Trail or its licensors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Axiom Trail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of revenue or data, and its total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
